to only wear my knickers once, then wash them?

Following on from the towel thread where some people wash their towels once a year how often do you change your knickers?

On the rare occasions when I have no clean knickers I have worn no knickers, apart from on the 'walk of shame' when I used to have a tiny handbag!

My skanky revelation has killed the thread I see!

I went to Uni with a guy who was a Goth and wore skin tight jeans. He used to go commando and said he only washed them when he could smell his own crotch.

I got away with only a few times/week when I was much younger. Especially if I was holiday. Was I deluding myself? I dunno, they just didn't seem to need it.
Things have er, changed down below, post 4 DC, and I couldn't imagine less than daily change.

I change my knickers dailt. But confess that I wear the same bra for weeks at a time. But it's a black bra, and I do shower daily.

I remember reading an American advice column where a guy had written in dusgusted that his girlfriend didn't change her underwear daily. And he meant her BRA.

Knikers, whenever they're taken off. So a fresh pair first thing every morning and then another pair should I have a late shower/go swimming etc. I get a bit about DH putting the same boxers he cycles to work in back on after his (at work) shower. I used to carry fresh knickers for when I got there.

Usually once or twice a day, depending on when I shower, if I'm going out in the evening etc.

I wear less when I'm on my period though, because I wear two pairs at once plus pad so unless they get mucky I just swap them over.

I once managed a week with 1 pair of knickers. We were at a horse show and I had forgotten to Pack clean ones. I set my alarm for 2am every morning and went to the shower block when no one else was there and washed them in the sink with simple soap and then dried them under the hand drier. I would rather have my nipples pierced than put same knickers back on without washing them.

I don't wear any knickers, but when I did it was daily, same as my kids with their boxers daily sometimes twice.

The towel thread bothers me, now when I visit people I will be thinking has this towel been washed or used ten times and just dried on the radiator.

When I take my knickers off I throw them at the ceiling. If they come down again I put them back on. If they stick then I scrape them off and wash them.
Not really. I change them everyday [at least] like anyone who is normal.

Daily or more. If I was ever in a situation where I ended up staying out overnight.....ahem.....unexpectedly I would take them off and throw them in a bin rather than wear them again the next day!

I don't understand it when people turn them insideout and wear again, I couldn't, prefer to go commando until I reached a place of safety!

Knickers daily
PJs daily
Tops daily
Trousers / skirts either every day or every other day.
Bras two days max.
Towels - every other day. Was every three days when I had a heated towel rail.

I can't see why people wear clothes more than that. I even wash my coat every few weeks in winter.

A friend of mine years ago had been out on the sauce all night and complained the next day that her g-string was like a crispy wonton

Daily for knickers / towels / PJs . I can't abide a towel that is not fresh. And I am far from Domestic Goddess.

Maybe every other for my bra at the most
