Well theyre probably too small for you. I find too small ones wriggle their way down. Go up a size

Yep, you need a size so huge you can pull them up to your bra. Which also removes the need for a sensible vest

I find wearing the right size tights works for me - I'm tall, and one size tights don't stay up.
