To be totally pissed of with TESCOS to the point I will not shop there again!!!

Fed up with them lately and their customer services is crap!

For the last 4 weeks in a row they have turned up late with my shopping. Today it was due between 9-11...Its still not here. Now I know this doesnt seem much but I have to take my younger dcs to stagecoach and i'm not well because of a recent surgery.

Over the last few weeks they have given me 3 £10 ecoupons because of the late deliverys (I never asked for these) but they NEVER WORK!!

To top it off I bought ds2's bike from tesco's for us to collect from store. I planned this so I had someone with me (like I said Ive had surgery, am in agony and cant drive or lift) I got a text on weds saying the bike was ready to collect. I couldnt get weds but after i got a text thurs to say it was there we went down. After standing around for 30mins, the manager came and said its not here you'll have to come back again

I have also noticed the e coupons never work.

My Tesco is excellent. They've even started texting people to tell them the exact hour in which their shopping will be delivered.

So if you booked the 9-11 slot, on the actual morning they'll text and tell you if it's between 9 and 10 or 10 and 11.

They used to be really good, but just of lately they've gone down hill.

It probably seems worse today because I'm on my own, in pain and ds1 has just kicked off yet again and I had to lift him then hurt myself :(

The dc's are all asking for food and they're still not here, no text no nothing.
Fed up and I cant even get out :(

Do you have to have deliveries at the weekend?

I always find midweek best as they're not so busy

The main reason I have used them on saturdays is because its payday for me.

he has JUST turned up. A bit flushed and moaned about it being a busy morning. He said is it alright here (at the door) So i asked politely could he take it to the kitchen because I cannot lift, and he just huffed!!!!

Sounds rubbish. I gave up on them as the meat, fruit and veg are not very nice, and though it may be cheap, I'd rather not pay anything and not have chicken that disturbingly pale (seriously, it looked as though the vampires had been at it!).

That's crap! Our Tesco is fantastic and text you to tell you when the shopping is on its way.

I took back something in the week that I didn't have a receipt for and they refunded me even though it is now their policy not to.

AND their labelling is fantastic

Tesco is crap. I avoid them all after being asked to leave for wearing wellies! I wiped my feet as I came in, they were not covered in mud or anything, and some little twat started telling me that 'I wouldn't do that in somebodies home'!!! Err...no, this is a f'ing supermarket, I am hardly going to take my shoes off! And they were clean anyway! Grr, yeah, I can certainly rant about Tesco, useless immoral wankers!

Our Tesco deliveries are fine, no problems like you've described. Round here it seems to be ASDA with the problems!

e-Coupons never seem to work because they seem to get leaked out to those coupon sites (if you google discount from a tesco shop for instance they come up) i've had loads of e-coupons that have come with clubcard bits and i go to use them, they don't work. Go on these sites, they're all over the place. Which isn't good if they're for a limited number of people!
