A thread on mums net to settle an argument about mumsnet...
DH thinks that if a man is on mumsnet then he must have an ulterior motive, to chat up 'mums' - he wants me to add that he thinks they must be devious. I think, perhaps naively that there are probably some genuine male parents, aka dads, wishing to discuss parenting issues. DH believes men should be on dadsnet.
Genuinely looking for opinions.

Clit Cricket?

SarahStratton · 21/11/2011 20:52

How do you know you never do it, if it is done subconsciously? Hmm

AnyFucker · 21/11/2011 20:54

NW do you practice Punani Pingpong and Clit Cricket then ?

northernwreck · 21/11/2011 20:57

No!

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 20:57

I think Others do it unknowingly Sarha.

SarahStratton · 21/11/2011 21:13

Only Others? How do you sure you don't do it unknowingly? If you know you're doing it, then you, and others, are doing it knowingly. If you don't know you're doing it, then you have no idea if you are doing it unknowingly.

IYSWIM. Well, it makes sense to me anyway.

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:17

PML better go sit down to do it properly.

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:19

Ahh that's better , you all watching the brave Sineta in the Jungle?

SarahStratton · 21/11/2011 21:24

God no. I am waiting patiently for MIC to start.

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:27

Anyone fancy going into the OZ jungle .
I went over there on my own for my 60th birthday present to myself , backpacking up the east coast.

Psammead · 21/11/2011 21:27

rycooler · 21/11/2011 21:32

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:32

SarahStratton · 21/11/2011 21:34

Made in Chelsea. Last one of the series.

No Downton Abbey, no TOWIE, and soon no more MIC.

AnyFucker · 21/11/2011 21:35

I spent a year backpacking and living in a tent in Australia in 1989/90

< sigh >

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:36

It was fabulous Ry, I went back 2 years later to do part of the other side from Perth down to Albany then over to Sydney again.

rycooler · 21/11/2011 21:37

Oh wow AF that sounds amazing - I'd love to do something like that.

rycooler · 21/11/2011 21:39

Ah sounds great FBF - Australia is a country I'd love to visit - I like the people too.

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:40

Can't imagine you surfing A/F in my mental image of you , sorry!!have to get a new thought process going & a new you.

AnyFucker · 21/11/2011 21:43

it was a long time ago, FBF

now my tastes in accomodation are a little more discerning Smile

me and the cockroaches were like that < rubs fingers together >

flatbellyfella · 21/11/2011 21:49

Did you see any snakes? I only saw one live one about the size of a pencil. Lots of big lizards roos emus & koalas.

AnyFucker · 21/11/2011 21:55

Yes, FBF, a few snakes

the most horrible thing though was the flying cockies

I took a waitressing job at a military base, and they had a massive outdoor function

you had to bat the fuckers away as you carried the plates, after it went dark (which happens quite early in Oz as I'm sure you remember)

I wasn't quite as bad as ole Sinitta, but it was yuk

them things are big and heavy gip gip

AnyFucker · 21/11/2011 21:56

killed the poor bugger (and totalled the car)
