To step my dislike of Gordon Ramsey up a notch because of this?

I think he's an arrogant, mouthy fuckwad anyway. THEN I heard on Daybreak breakfast television this morning, on a segment they were doing about fathers needing more support after their DPs/DWs have given birth, that Gordy dodged all four of his children's births because he was "scared it would ruin his relationship."

Shock

So in other words, he didn't want to be there in case the sight of his wife's fanjo looking less than pristine put him off having sex with her ever again. He is not a man, he is a child in a man's body. I am also judging his wife for allowing this type of bullshit to continue through four pregnancies. Fair enough, he doesn't want to go down the "business end" but what kind of man would refuse to be there to hold his wife's hand/brow mop/be an object to punch whilst she is giving birth to the child that HE helped create, just in case it ruined his desire for sexy times?

He's an idiot, isn't he?

You want the truth, Buppers? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

PosiesOfPoinsettia · 15/11/2011 10:47

He's always crapped oin about not being at the birth or changing nappies. Gordy,.

RockStockAndTwoOpenBottles · 15/11/2011 10:47

Arf at you all. That is all Grin Funnily enough I saw the sweary one last week. He's one rude fucker with a massive sense of entitlement - like he owns the pavement and us mere mortals must cross the road to pass his Missus' new botox salon. Because he's a twat I suppose. a fucking massive one But his cooking's not bad.

ditzymitzy2 · 15/11/2011 10:50

why let what he and his wife choose to do in the privacy of their relationship worry you? Surely you and your OH do things that not everyone else would do, but if it suits you, then fine

shrugs

BupcakesandCunting · 15/11/2011 10:50

He rarely makes a dinner that I like the look of. Which is saying something as I stoop to some low levels, food wise.

Wan King Fuk is now the leader of Ladyboy massive [pauuuuuuuuuuuuuse] one of the most notorious trans gangs in Bangkok.

Initiation means I am [pause] going to get fucked.

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 15/11/2011 10:52

Aww, I always miss the good stuff.

BupcakesandCunting · 15/11/2011 10:52

It's not in the privacy of his relationship, ditzy. He boasts about it like it's something to be proud of. People will comment. If he doesn't want people to, then he should keep it quiet.

Please PM me. I am confused.

RockStockAndTwoOpenBottles · 15/11/2011 10:54

TBF bups, the food at his restaurant in SW3 is awesome and, amazingly, the kitchen is silent, unrealistically so, given what they produce. Although, I have eaten there a few times, only once was the chef there.

oldraver · 15/11/2011 10:56

I've re-read twice but still Confused

Thumbwitch · 15/11/2011 11:00

Gordon Ramsay is a self-satisfied, smug bastard.
I used to quite like him when he first came on tv, mostly cos I couldn't stand Jamie Oliver, but his shows just got worse and worse.

DH, otoh, was vital at DS's birth - he ran to fetch the MW when DS crowned, and DS was born next push, 3 mins later - could have been rather tricky without him, tbh! Oh and he held one foot for me (I didn't even know this at the time), while the other was firmly planted on the larger MW's bust, and the smaller MW made sure DS was ok coming out. So he saw DS born as well! And still fancies me Wink

kenobi · 15/11/2011 11:09

I think Tana married Gordon, not because he's anything special but because her father is also a bullying twunt and it's what she knows.

She should be on the relationships thread with AF and 150 others justifiably shouting "Leave him! LEAVE HIM!!!" Grin

I heard that rumour too but always assumed it was one of those gossip mag on-dits like Robbie Williams' alleged proclivities...
