That's it really. Just bought it for ds2's birthday and tbh it really is quite crap. A couple of the moving parts like the lift and doors bind and don't open properly and there isn't really anywhere to keep the loose pieces so they will inevitably be lost. I'm a bit disappointed given the price and although ds seems pleased I'm not.

Bought it for Christmas, meant to say.

OneNostrilTooMany · 15/11/2011 20:17

YABU. My DS had one for his 4th birthday and has spent many a happy hour playing with it, a few bits have gone missing over time but it hasn't stopped his overall joy with it.

Lisatheonewhoeatsdrytoast · 15/11/2011 20:17

hmmm my DS3 was after this for his birthday...grrr

Lisatheonewhoeatsdrytoast · 15/11/2011 20:26

DoingTheBestICan · 15/11/2011 20:30

My ds had this from us for his 5th bday,he loves it & everytime his little friends come round to play they go mad for it.

EverybodysScaryEyed · 15/11/2011 20:34

My DN got this for his birthday and hasn't stopped playing with it! DS was green!! It is the old one though not the taller skinnier one

Not sure what the problem with pieces is - just get a little box to keep them in

TheElvesSawBatgirlKissingSanta · 15/11/2011 20:43

I think its brill! Ds got it in the summer and has played with it loads and loves it!!! I find it very durable (has been dropped a fair few times) and have had no trouble with any of the moving bits.
We have a draw for smaller bits and pieces.

Broodymomma · 15/11/2011 20:47

Hmm this is top of my ds Santa list.

justcallmemummypig · 15/11/2011 20:57

my ds is desperate for it talks about it everyday. Have managed to get him one but really struggling to get him any of the baddies as they are all sold out everywhere. Has anyone seen any? Can find them at over inflated prices online grrr

hanahsaunt · 15/11/2011 20:59

DS3 (4yo) would like one for Christmas. Hmm.

EverybodysScaryEyed · 15/11/2011 20:59

i'm trying to find baddies too - could only really find them on amazon and they are not cheap!

hokeycakey · 15/11/2011 21:25

Yabu

Ds got this for his 4th birthday and loves it, we got baddies from toys r us and early learning but they all seem to be gone now, have ordered 2 face and penguin from America on e bay at a reasonable price.

All ds's friends love it too!

brucewayne · 15/11/2011 22:17

YABU. It is brilliant.

philmassive · 16/11/2011 05:52

Wow! I'm actually pleased that you think iabu, I live in the hope that it isn't the bit of old junk that I suspected (though I think it is Grin)
As for baddies I got a set on eBay from the states and THEY are brilliant! Smile

Everybodyscared... The early learning centre has a little four or three pack of mini superheros/baddies I think. The size fits well
With the cave!
