AIBU to be having this argument with my DP?! (Misfits Spoilers: Not much, but still...)

OK, bit weird, but bear with me,.

We're watching Misfits. One bloke is "Split Personality" - literally. He can create another him.

My question is: what do you think it would be called if he were to initiate oral sex with his other personality?

I'm of the mid that, since it's himself he's pleasuring, it's masturbation. My DP believes that since it's two separate bodies, regardless of genetic identicalness, it's ordinary sex.

My reasoning is "If I'm using a vibrator, am I pleasuring myself or is the vibrator pleasuring me as a separate entity?" - to which the answer is obviously "pleasuring myself" but he jsut isn't seeing it, and he's at a loss to explain why in a coherent manner.

So I'm opening this up for the jury. We've been arguing this for 15 bloody minutes! AIBU to want to have a definitive answer on a question that is neither relevant or useful, and AIBU to have let it gone on this long?!

And AIBU to even have started this argument in the first place, or should I just keep my perversions to myself?

Well, he creates another him. Kind of like a clone, but it's all him. Same everything, same memories, same everything. It's like he's occupying two different spaces at the same time (quantum physics FTW!).

DP is of the mind that it isn't "masturbation" because the defnition of masturbation is "to pleasure the genitals of yourself or another person using your hand".

So I've had to substitute "masturbation" for "self-abuse".
