AIBU to wonder if Kate Moss has a portrait in the attic???

NeverToEarly - that's who she reminds me of too.

I've never really taken to her or seen the appeal, other than that wedding dress photo shoot when she was about 17, here, first photo only where she looks stunning.

She looks good now, but I don't think she looks younger than her years.

I've just googled it and about 20 hits say she was born 16 January 1974. There are no secrets in the age of the internet. Some of you make it sound like her age is some sort of mystery.

I have always liked Kate Moss, I like the way she looks, I like that she rarely gives interviews, I like that her daughter is not a mini celebrity.

I have got a huge, huge girl crush on Kate Moss. To me, she is almost perfect looking.

And I love how she clearly doesn't give a shit about anything.

I think having money helps. She can go on massive benders for a month and then fuck off to an ayurvedic spa in India for two weeks to detox.

I'd look amazing if I could do that four times a year.

Yes, we women bitching about her but lets be honest about the fact that she's foisted on us as the benchmark of cool woman.

Nah - she doesn't look 37 - she looks heaps older. I've partied lots and I could never say I looked that old at 37.

And what's so cool about her? Does she give a shit? - probably no - but who would if you had that money.

Depends if you think that scrawny and saggy boy look with mousy thin hair, no breasts, unhealthy looking teeth and no lips is an amazing look.

She looks OK and she has 'something' - just like all women in our way.

I like that Bridget Bardot, heart shaped face, cats eyes, pouty look.

And there is something enviable about being so rich that you just don't have to care what anyone else thinks. She doesn't need the fame or the attention or any of that stuff. She doesn't stand for anything, she doesn't ask for anything, she doesn't try and impose any views or ideologies. She just does her job, gets paid shitloads and then goes on piss ups and luxury holidays.

That's my kind of girl.

What does it mean having a portrait in the attic? Somone I used to work with 10 years ago posted that comment on facebook about a picture dh posted of me and the kids at a wedding last year.

I have never really seen the appeal of Kate Moss tbh.
But i do like the fact that she doesn't give a toss.
My brother has met her and says that she is down to earth, but looks a state.

Totally astounded that anyone could actually admire her. She looks good but that's an accident of birth. She earns a lot of money for the same reason. What else is worthwhile about her?

I don't think I've ever seen her speaking or express an opinion or idea or principle. She seems to me to be an image only, and one who hasn't grown out of her many drug habits yet. The mother of a young baby who knowingly gets involved with a fucking junkie. Gosh, yes, way to go Hmm.

I also love her. She doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks, doesn't court fame, just gets on with living her life the way she wants to- and she seems to have more phone than those getting their pearls in a twist about her.

She's a famtastic model, one of the best in the world. She isn't, to many people, pretty or sexy, but the vast majority of catwalk models are not. They're not supposed to be. They're androgonous clothes horses. Why shouldn't she make tonnes of money doing something she's amazing at?

And I also don't admire her hard living drugs and drink lifestyle when she is a mother to a young child Sad

But she has fantastic bone structure and slim figure/fast metabolism. I guess this helps stop everything sagging Envy
