Even if the op had said that she is feeling down, and depressed if thats how she felt. That would be enough, she does not have to write an essay about it.

I had PND with dd now 4.5 and felt really down, she was a very hard baby would cry from 9am-9pm, inconsolable. Also it transpires now she has SN, I hated her behaviour but never dd, i always love her and tell her so all the time. Its quite sad if op is feeling like this, that is why if it is true she needs to go to her GP like I did.

What I tried to pm was a list f awful things my son did at 10, and say at hte time I though I'd never feel the same about him, but it all passed in a couple of months, and he's the best son in the world now he's 12, and I can see with hinf=dsight that I got hings a bit out of proportion
