to decorate the house tonight while the kids sleep ready for our Halloween party?

Would it be a nice surprise of should I wait to decorate the house?

We have street dance in the morning until 12. Then we have a family lunch and I need to do a food shop. Then a friend is coming over to see us while she's in the area and I haven't seen her for ages.

We also have homework bits to get done (and we're out all day on Sunday).

My friends daughter is coming over for our very small party at 4.

I won't carve the pumpkins but will it be ok to dress the house up ready?

My first thought was that it'd be a nice surprise, but then I thought about them loving helping out.

What about putting the main parts up, and leave some jobs for them to do with you?

Yeah, good thinking. I'll save a few bits. Thank you for possibly saving a few tears with that suggestion Smile

You can get them to do the bits you don't want to Grin
