Because it seems to think I need to buy toothpaste and teabags every single week yet never reminds me about tonic water?

Oh stop showing off that you use Ocado - you might as well change your name to Smugwaitrosefrequenter

Wink

Maybe they think with all that wine, they don't need to encourage you onto the gin?

Did your sancerre turn up? See you in the cellar! It's coming down any day now.

Yes, it's predicted for Sunday, but I think we should retire to the cellar early just in case.

Proudnscary theres nothing showoffy about shopping at ocado, it is merely an online grocery delivery business.

I hate how many screens i have to skip through to bloody pay. Have you forgotten? Have you run out of? Want to switch to this product and save 1p/100g ? You have incomplete offers in your trolley...and so on ad nauseum.

And to top it all off. My mangoes were bruised, and my loaf has a dent in it...thank you Nathan in the cabbage van.

ColdSancerre · 21/10/2011 13:50

Yes, do you want non free range instead of your free range pork. Clearly not as I've chosen the free range. Admittedly that is making me start to sound poncey though.

Had you noticed it has 23 kinds of hummus?

ColdSancerre · 21/10/2011 14:01

Actually there was a story on bbc website about hummus, and Waitrose weren't the most varied.

OP posts:
ColdSancerre · 21/10/2011 14:02

here we go

'Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco sell 12, 13 and 21 lines of hummus respectively.'

Therefore the most poncey place to shop is officially tesco.

OP posts:
EdithWeston · 21/10/2011 14:05

I just counted the 23 on the Ocado app...

Ocado must be officially poncier than Waitrose (and Tesco)

ColdSancerre · 21/10/2011 14:07

Hmmm I might right a strongly worded suggestion to the BBC that they emply jouralists who can count. These things are IMPORTANT, we should know where to go for hummus choice.
