May just be in a foul mood as having first AF in a long time but have been pissed off twice today so

1 - DH finds free tickets online to 'Real Steal' new Hugh Jackman film - he says to me "why don't you take DS1?' (6) ... I say 'no thanks' ...DH says 'oh theres no cinemas near us anyways'

2 mins later hes on facebook and has has GOT 2 free tickets to a cinema about an hour away and has invited his mate!

I told him I was upset and I wanted to go, he says i had already turned it down

But SURELY theres a difference between 'iMAY be able to get tickets ... if i do, do you want to take DS on a bus at 7pm after school to see this film ?'

and

'I've got tickets for monday, would you like a break from the kids that evening and we will go together?'

he seems to think not!!

And

2. I'm on a diet.

Strggled with my weight for a few years, been openly down about it.

Decided to do something.

Been on diet 3 weeks ... lost half a stone.

MIL has NEVER, EVER in 11 years baked us anything and she turns up today with a huge cream cake shes baked with jam and icing and lovelyness

and its pissed me right off

DH has been scoffing pieces in the kitchen all day.

Hmph.

YABU about the tickets and YABU about the cake.

Its Friday and you have PMT so eat the cake and accept that DH asked you abou the tickets and you said "no thanks"

i will not eat the cake cause it will only end in tears when i weigh in monday.

i may, however, throw the rest of the cake out the kitchen window to the dogs.

That may well make me feel very happy.

my mil calls me almost daily to see how the diets going and to see if im doing my excersises and then brings a big fucking cake round??!
