Hm. I think they could be real - I do know someone who's very slim and has mahoosive boobs (though the jury's out on her as well). It does happen. The rounded shape may be from the bikini top which seems to be uber padded and pushy uppy.

Body language tells a whole other story IMO. Publicity stunt. Having watched the anti-bullying video I can well believe she's 17. Would I let my child do this? Hell no, much less push her into it.
