One hour and 55 minutes lost today. I was NOT rude to any employees but I fell into a panic. That is 112 minutes on hold. Grr.

Funny how things are magically restored when you ring to complain!

Every time TalkTalk broadband goes up and down, runs slow etc, by the time I've reported the fault it's perfect again Confused

BT promised me a cheaper bill.

Then it went up.

Why oh why oh why?

BT if you are reading this - all I want is fucking broadband at a fair price. Is that so difficult? For a loyal customer? Or would you rather we all publicly on MN fuck off and leave you in ignominy??
