Yeah, It did seem like that's what they were hinting at. Rosie was shut in the bitter barn after Hugo paired off with Pretty Millie, and did try it on with him when they started going on, the evil strange eyed harlot, that scene was so not a production team setup.
But, if Caggie knew he had played hide the sausage with Rosie then I doubt she would be sat with her and Millie being Millies BFF etc.
