in asking how long you spend on mumsnet most days?

cos some folk seem to spend their lives here

I feel I'm on here quite a bit, maybe 30 mins most days,but I'm a minnow compared with some posters

There seems to be loads of follow up threads about previous threads, does anyone really spend so much time here they get involved with all that??

I normally log on 2/3 in a day to check the threads I am on, get recipes, look at reviews etc.

When i am working from home, i may log on for a total of about an hour throughout the day.
I love mumsnet and i have learned a hell of a lot.

Too much. years ago I never spent that much time on here. But when I am unwell, I MN 24/7, or when I have a problem, and start my own thread, I am here all the time.

I'm out at work all day but once tea is over, and I've taxied the teens wherever they need to be.. it's a glass of wine and MN:)

The kids and DH know I'm on MN from the occasional snorts and now and again I'll read out the highlights..

Guess it's about 3 hours a night but in my defence I rarely put the Tv on!

Maybe 30 mins - 1hr a day which sounds alot!
But we have no tv right now so I think it balances out

Im on here from work. And most of the weekend when Im finished doing stuff. When Im home basically I am here on and off all the time.

On here during the day when bosses bugger off. Beats working. On here some evenings coz DP working and DS in bed, and crap all on TV. Still a newby (approx 9 months) and getting terrible slatings on a regular basis. In fact I've been flamed a fair few times recently and now sitting here red as a beetroot, dead skin peeling off in layers, slapping on aftersun whilst wildly sending messages of apology and vitriol in equal amounts on PM. But surviving!

Must be a glutton for punishment but can't say it's ever boring.

Shhh - tis the name that must not be mentioned.......

I'm here on and off all day and evening. Probably a few hours broken down into a catch up on a thread or two I'm watching here, a reply to a thread there, plus a smattering of lurking etc when I'm working and then bigger chunks of time in the evening.

Been on here too much in the last couple of days.....................got a thread I have my teeth into and finding it hard not to a peek every so often.

Must get my life back on track.
