I hate them. They didnt take me off their mailing lists, or stop passing on my information, even when I explained that DS had passed away

Write to them and tell them they're in contravention of the EU Privacy and Communications Directive 2002 and that you'll report them to the Information Commissioner if they don't stop.

Usually works for me.
