AIBU to (kick) desmantle the chair ?

I have a chair stuck in my livingroom door frame.

I am now hating the chair ........it was nice yesterday when it was delivered . the guy got it into the livingroom with ease but I cant remove it

It is stuck , wedged in.............can I kick it?

How do you get a stuck chair out of a doorframe?

Kick it, if it will help. I'd got for the jiggle approach first, but you've probably done that, hence its now stuck.

Sorry can't help but giggle. I once did this with a bed in the stairwell, we were stuck upstairs until the DH returned from work.

it is for my sons room..............delivered into the livingroom because I'm stupid

If it went in, it must be possible to get it out. Shove it back the way it came, ie into the lounge, that's your first step.

Then maybe try turning it sideways and angling the backrest round first

If that doesn't work use brute force!

I would pivot pivot pivot but its totally wedged in . It wont budge

I need a strong man to unstick/jam it
