Lol! - Opposing opinions there!

FagButt · 13/09/2011 17:44

what a wonderful sister, that brought a tear to my eye.

GilbonzoTheSecretPsychoCunt · 13/09/2011 17:45

Brought a tear to my eye - I watched it with the sound off though so maybe that helped.....

pictish · 13/09/2011 17:47

Yes...perhaps if the speakers were turned off it might be better. Wink

so sad, i'm almost crying.

my pc has no sound, what song was playing?

ripstheirthroatoutliveupstairs · 13/09/2011 17:49

YABVU, I am a bit fragile at the moment and that had me crying like a loon.
I am cynical and really hope that this isn't a piece of moving art or something like that. If it is true, and I have no reason to doubt it, it's moving but a tiny bit mawkish.

pictish · 13/09/2011 17:55

Oh dearie me - just watched it with the sound off and am gibbering wreck!

Overblown sentimental songs always turn me right off, but I AM stirred by imagery.

TessOfTheDinnerbells · 13/09/2011 18:05

Just did as she suggested and checked out the definition in Urban Dictionary - OMG!!! Shame on society as a whole if this is acceptable.

cricketballs · 13/09/2011 18:09

Byeckerslike · 13/09/2011 18:11

Video doesnt work?

allnightlong · 13/09/2011 18:17

What a beautiful woman and loving sister.

Fleurdebleurgh · 13/09/2011 18:19

I hate this trend for 'card message' videos. I cba to sit and watch and wait for the end. Stop it.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 13/09/2011 18:19

I'm crying too. What a gorgeous sister.
Shocking -2011?

missymarmite · 13/09/2011 18:20

I was crying. Very touvhing and I don't care if it's mawkish. I am mawkish. Wink

allnightlong · 13/09/2011 18:24

I was actually just thinking today that it's odd how this word seems to be making a bit of a come back when I was a kid (early 90's) no one would dare say this yet it seems to be almost acceptable again. Confused

MmeLindor. · 13/09/2011 18:36

There is an alternative definition that you can "like"

Theyremybiscuits · 13/09/2011 18:37

What a wonderful message this is.

I can identify with with it.

It should be shown in schools.

Mousey84 · 13/09/2011 18:39

Hmm, wonder how voting works on urbandictionary.com - think if 1300 Mnetters went and voted it thumbs down, and thumbs up to the next we could get it off the top spot? I know that fact it was there is still upsetting though....

Mousey84 · 13/09/2011 18:40

oh, yeah thumbs up to what MmeLindor said (#16)

TessOfTheDinnerbells · 13/09/2011 18:46

And it get's even worse - Just saw that they helpfully have a link to their sale of "Retarded" greetings cards and mugs. There's money in it for Urban Dictionary then?

Video won't work for me either! Sad
