I used to like worra as a witty snappy poster. USED to like. Until the blatant grinch dissed mince pies. FRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAK!!

Yabu!! I've had all my presents months but can't get hold of wrapping paper anywhere!!

I use the wrong end of the teaspoon Endo, its perfect.

I think this particular box of pies was a raffle prize at a PTA 'event', I don't usually buy them.... I'll probably start experimenting with mulled wine around bonfire night, just to get it perfect for Christmas, but as usual I'll be sick of it by December and switch to vodka.

Ladies you dont have to wait till New Years Day for creme eggs. They have brought out a version for Halloween called Screme eggs. I saw them in front of the tills in superdrug last week.
Admittedly i havent tried them cos im on the SW plan but i thought i would let you know as they are a popular tasty choice!

OP YABU. I think it's quite acceptable to have Christmas stuff in the shops at Sept.

  1. I love Christmas
  2. I need to buy 57 gifts and there are only 3 PayDays to Christmas so I can't get it all in December (Like I did last year)
  3. It stops me getting depressed about the end of summer (I need therapy to cope with January and February though)
  4. I can just put an entire Creme Egg in my mouth in one go and then try not to answer the phone or door.(stealth boast)

pinky Next have their wrapping paper in by the tills! Or if you're a cheapskate have lots of kids presents to wrap, the Card Factory are selling the cheaper jumbo rolls!

In my childhood we used to play a party game that involved feeding someone a creme egg from an egg cup with a plastic spoon, whilst blindfolded. This proves the eggs must have decreased in size as you could not do it now. The spoon would be too big.

If anyone wants to try it, my mum would warm the creme egg first so it was slightly soft. Twas a very messy game.
