Surely she is being TOTALLY unreasonable.

Not sure but he's leaving the show.

Mandy2003 · 01/09/2011 19:52

Oooh, does he run off with Heather?

crazynanna · 01/09/2011 19:53

I used to live near the girl who plays Jodie. She's a really nice, sweet girl Smile
Talks exactly the same,as she gave DD (13) some handbag tips in the local newsagent once Wink

crazynanna · 01/09/2011 19:53

Where is Heather's baby?

MrsDBouquetVAMOSRAFA · 01/09/2011 19:53

Weeeelllll

Jodies dad was pissed off by finding out that Jodie wasn't his bio daughter. But he still treats her as he always has. Jodies mum cant afford a wedding and so contacted Jodies dad to help but he was then really nasty and banned Jodies Mum from the wedding after saying he would give Jodie the wedding of her dreams. Darren overheard and got very cross and shouted at her Dad and kicked him out and told Jodie that everything will be alright and she can have the wedding of her dreams.

So actually, YABU.

She has no reason to think that Darren can't provide her dream wedding, (even though she lives with him and he only works in a car lot and she works in a Beauty Parlour.)

Mandy2003 · 01/09/2011 19:58

Actually, you're right crazynanna - I thought Darren would be looking after the baby while Heather & Shirley went to Southend, and then Heather would pick him straight up when they got back. But no - not to be seen anywhere!

Alliwantisaroomsomewhere · 01/09/2011 20:06

MrsDBouqetetc, now that you put it THAT way, makes perfect sense!

Yes, good question about George!

"it's not real"

MrsDBouquetVAMOSRAFA · 01/09/2011 20:08
Grin
crazynanna · 01/09/2011 20:10

'Course it's real,Tallulah! I have already said that I used to live near Jodie Grin

HeadfirstForHalos · 01/09/2011 20:28

YANBU I was thinking exactly that, the greedy bitch. She needs to grow up and realise that getting married is about the marriage and not the wedding day.

Birdsgottafly · 01/09/2011 20:32

It would help if people had honest conversations on EE, which they never do, they just make promises that they cannot keep.

2shoes · 01/09/2011 20:39

yanbu

Pocketsocks · 01/09/2011 21:15

I know why the wedding gets called off!

Ahem...As you were!

JjandtheBeanlovesUnicorns · 01/09/2011 21:59

Yanbu. I hate jodie, she makes my teeth itch!

carernotasaint · 01/09/2011 22:11

I think Eastenders are trying to reflect the materialistic expectations caused by the "I must have everything now" attitude and the celebrity culture.

HeadfirstForHalos · 01/09/2011 22:53

Pocketsocks please tell!

ddubsgirl · 01/09/2011 22:57

Pocketsocks · 02/09/2011 00:34

Apprently he sleeps with Lauren. I forget where I read it so don't quote me but I very much remember catching sight of the article and going "oh for heavens sake!"

sausagesandmarmelade · 02/09/2011 08:53

So many problems seem to happen because people aren't honest and open with each other.......

I know it's not real life BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

and Kat should pin Alfie down and tell him she's preggers...

welshbyrd · 02/09/2011 09:37
