who has the cp currently and what stage is it at? After roughly 5-7 days they will be no longer contagious and the spots should have scabbed over. If your ds is not well why would you want to visit/see others anyway?

cheesesarnie · 27/08/2011 20:28

My ds may of had a virus he had to go and see a dr they dont know what was wrong with him,he is ok now but has a sore throat still, he does not have cp yet.

He was in the same place as him 13 days ago.

if their ds came out in spots 7 days ago then he wouldnt have been contagious 13 days ago as they are only contagious for 1-2 days before the spots appear (so 8 or 9 days ago). If your ds is not yet feeling 100% then keep him away until your ds feels better. If your lo was feeling ok then there shouldnt be a problem seeing their ds if the spots have scabbed as that means they are no longer contagious.
