To me unless a place or a person is actively 'child-hostile' (and i haven't come across such a place/person) then it is fine.
I find uk brilliand for parents. Parks with fab playgrounds, groups, mumsnet, safety, escalators and lifts, busses with no stairs, nappy change facilities everywhere, highchairs in most places....
What else do people want?
