So before mat leave I had a new boss. She's v nice to everyones faces but v nasty and bitchy behind ppl's backs. None of the team liked her as she was lazy and lacked technical expertise (would also leave during the day for beauty treatments which is q unprofessional at our office). Despite my personal feelings I tried to reassure them saying she was settling in etc.

Before I knew her true colours I stupidly confided in her about a member of our team who cheated on his partner with someone from work.

Since being on mat leave boss has been trying to win the team over by undermining me e.g she previously told me to decline someone's promotion and as soon as I was gone (less than 4 months) promoted them.

Just found out she's recentl told the guy she knows about him cheating . Do I fess up that I know or leave it be? Worried she's said I told her which I should never have done.

Bah, he shouldn't be cheating, i really wouldn't worry too much. She sounds like a bitch though.

Unless the person he cheated on was you then you didn't confide in her you gossiped to her!

But yes, she doesn sound like a bitch and I'm sorry if you get your fingers burned, we all say things we shouldn't.

She's the worst kind of bitch v sly and into mind games which I can't be arsed with... If I don't like someone I steer clear whereas she tries extra hard with them but still Slags them off
