OOOOOOOOOOOOOh if I get to meet him when I am in "his area" staying with my friend I will sell show you photos

Illegitimate · 12/08/2011 18:28

Ask him if he is gay QOD.

MigratingCoconuts · 12/08/2011 18:53

...and watch how he walks too. It could be important.

MissBeehiving · 12/08/2011 19:00

And whether he's humming "Hot Stuff"

TakeMeDrunkImHome · 12/08/2011 19:06

returns back to thread a little late after having a Wine and must INSIST that Stevie B is forced into a webchat. All Robson "craggy faced muvva" Green fans must be banned that night.

HQ - if you could see your way to persuading Mr Tennant into a webchat also I would be most appreciative. I want to ask him to go back to his real surname. It is just so much more..yknow..Scottish..n all that...

Oh i luurrve Steve. I make DS watch deadly 60 - even though he doesn't really like it. I was very disappointed when DH pointed out that I had missed the tuna episode repeat the other day.

Choufleur · 12/08/2011 19:09

He was meant to do a webchat a while ago but we all got very silly and I think he was scared off, as he backed out at the last minute.

Shoutymomma · 12/08/2011 19:10

My friend's daughter met him and told me he had "a really firm handshake". I nearly wet meself.

TakeMeDrunkImHome · 12/08/2011 19:11

I won't get silly, I promise

faints at firm handshake.

OP posts:
PattySimcox · 12/08/2011 19:23

Oooooh firm handshake means strong hands. Just think what he could do with those hands

LetUsPrey · 12/08/2011 19:28

I can vouch for the firm handshake. And a very intense way of looking at you. He's got brown eyes and they're like melting chocolate. His left shoulder and upper back are very firm. I know this from when he was leaning back in his chair and I moved as far forward as I possibly could and he leant backwards against my right thigh!

Never been thrown out of a museum so that would have been an interesting first. But worth it!

Yes please to the webchat. I absolutely promise to ask a sensible question. Honest.

LetUsPrey · 12/08/2011 19:31

You should see some of his rock climbing photos. The positions he gets himself into.... He seems to be very flexible. Grin

Illegitimate · 12/08/2011 19:37

I have lots of sensible questions about snakes and the decline forests and its affects on wild animals.

And when i met him i shook his hand and hugged him while our photo was taken. He smelt nice,, unlike the man i sat next to on the train to get to the road show - he smelt of piss

AuntieMonica · 12/08/2011 19:45

SB is involved in conservation work too, it would be interesting to see his views on some of the issues raised in the recent 'zoo' thread too

(see, i know about animals too ya know)

LetUsPrey · 12/08/2011 19:45

Couldn't hug him when we met. He was sitting down (although he had done photos earlier standing up but his leg was poorly) and it would have looked a bit odd if I'd leant down to hug him! Plus DS1 would probably have said "mum, what are you doing?"

Got to sit next to a happy DS1 on the way home thankfully!

LetUsPrey · 12/08/2011 19:49

Arf at many MNs posing very serious, earnest questions re conservation, animals, etc. Whilst thinking very very impure thoughts and wanting to ask lots of rude things!

Illegitimate · 12/08/2011 19:49

LetUsPrey you missed a trick! You should of sat on his lap for the photo. You could have snuggled into him.

Choufleur · 12/08/2011 19:50

You could have sat on his knee LetUsPrey!

I'm going all weak kneed at the thought of his strong hands and muscular shoulders and back.

MigratingCoconuts · 12/08/2011 19:51

seriously...getting quite Envy now!!!

LetUsPrey · 12/08/2011 19:54

In my imagination I have sat on his "lap" on many occasions. Grin There are not hundreds of other people queuing for a photo in this scenario.

SaulGood · 12/08/2011 20:03

I've seen ONE programme with this guy firtling around in the bushes, stroking massive snakes and making innuendo-laden comments at his boyfriend the topless cameraman.

He's as gay as my hat. And my hat is fucking fabulous.

" trying to demonstrate how humans aren't as hydrodynamic as tuna "

Yes well, they wouldn't be would they. Being humans and everything. You're being distracted by his sweaty pecs. This man is patronising you. Why humans aren't like tuna ffs. Next week, here's me trying to clean my own genitals with my tongue a la a cat. No no no. Say no to Backshall.

Anyway, what do I know. I fancy David Mitchell.

MigratingCoconuts · 12/08/2011 20:06

of course its a bit patronising...its aimed at children!!!

(he's just a bit of a bonus Wink)

Choufleur · 12/08/2011 20:06

Well if he could do that SaulGood that would mean he wsa very bendy too - which can only be a good thing.

david Mitchell - really???!!! Hmm
