to totally not get Miro after attending the xhibition today?

The first room, yeah, that looked lke "art" to me. Presnted with scribbles and a splodge face - no - I didn't get why it was worth anything. sigh WHY am I so Daily Mail?? (Not a paper I read, disclaimer!). A really lovely day out with my partner, but even with the commentary, I didn't "get" most of the pictures. The history was interesting though.

Am I the only philistine here?

I don't now why it's worth money OR looking at for the most part. I was a bit bored by the actual pictures, but the history was interesting. Sorry. I KNOW tha's rubbish. But it's honest.
