I tracked some trousers down in tesco that would actually fit ds for when he starts school, they were £3 so i went in today and picked up the same ones knowing they are a perfect fit and they had gone up to £6. Am i to assume by the weekend they will have a 2 for 1 promo?

£3 is ridiculously cheap. £6 is hardly expensive.

noyouhavehadawee · 20/07/2011 21:15

It would appear from the website that some trousers are £3 and some are £6. Sure sure sure?

noyouhavehadawee · 20/07/2011 21:23

i have both pairs here i am sure though the product number is different they are defo the same trousers in every way oh well! Perhaps if i go back they will want to charge me more for the first pair - hmmm what to do

if the product number is different then the trousers are different!

noyouhavehadawee · 20/07/2011 21:25

Ask the Manager of your local TESCO to drop their trousers.

noyouhavehadawee · 20/07/2011 21:27

the ones on the website are the same material, the £6 are bigger sizes. What size did you buy or has 1 pair got the wrong label (check the care label inside)?

noyouhavehadawee · 20/07/2011 21:36

both age 3-4 with adjustable waist.

we went in must have been over year ago when they were doing an offer on uniform, trouser tee jumper & coat for about £10 ish,ad had been on that morning yet we went in and the offer had ended :( was so cross

squeakytoy · 20/07/2011 22:24

I wouldnt expect an item of clothing that cost £3 to last more than one wash to be honest, £6 is still ridiculously cheap, but at least the quality might be a bit better.

noyouhavehadawee · 21/07/2011 08:21

squeakytoy my dd has had the same uniform from tesco its very durable and it has lasted her the whole year! Cheap doesnt automatically mean crap.
