I have booked a sky+HD installation for next tuesday - the day my new HD tv will arrive.
Got a call today to say that as the previous tenant didn't cancel their account with Sky, I will have to do so - in writing - which will take 30 days!
I am so hacked off, this tenant moved out over a year ago ffs, I have no clue where she is (she gets a LOT of post still)
I am sorely tempted to go with virgin or bt vision instead!
