Probably doesnt sound that bad but I just feel like crying.
Feel as though im stuck here as I dont want ds to change schools and theres no other houses available in village.
Neighbours are just awful,arguing all the time,shouting,swearing,slamming doors which makes my house rattle.we have tiny gardens and they have 3 big dogs which are outside barking till about 10/11 at night keeping myself and ds awake.
If I say hello they just totally blank me,like ive done something wrong to offend them.
Im new to village and have no good friends around,i lack in confidence to confront them.
Feel like packing up my stuff and just going :(

If it bothers you that much (to the point where it's affecting your lives) then you will need to go and move DS to a different school.

Can you ring the police on the non-emergency number re the noise they make?

I think ringing the police would make them even worse towards me?plus they always have police knocking so probably wouldnt bat an eyelid.
Id really hate to move ds,its taken a long time for him to settle at school and make friends

Do you own or rent? Eitherbway, you should get down to the estate agents and ask them to inform them of any properties in your village or neighbouring village. Even if it takes a year, or driving DS to school, or going from owned into rented.

Im renting and I dont drive.i only moved here because it was only place available,ive searched internet,local papers and estate agents nothing but a one bed flat u couldnt swing a cat in

If you feel your mental health is at stake then I would consider taking a one bedroomed flat as a temporary measure. Also start taking driving lessons if possible to increase your options.

Have you contacted the environmental health, you carn't be the only person who the dogs bother.

YANBU.
From experience, police can't help much with noise nuisance, I'd recommend you have a chat to your local environmental health.
Also I would keep a diary of dates, times and incidents to have to hand to log.
Environmental Health may install a meter to measure noise if they can identify specific times it happens.

Do they own or rent? If they rent, can you contact their landlord and complain?

If they rent or are council tenants then they may not be allowed 3 dogs, I've lived in several private lets and I've never known any of the landlords or agents to allow dogs, and the council here only let you have one pet in a council home, you could complain about the 3 dogs.

Start a diary and record everything so you have something to show to the environmental health as well.

As Birds has said, it sounds as if there's a good chance that they may not be your neighbours for long - tough it out and try to make friends with other villagers; maybe join the Women's Institute (if there's a local branch) or participate in other local events to meet like-minded people.

Thank u for advice.i think they own it,its old coucil houses,his mum lives opposite and they friends with other neighbours.its old people/disabled people bungalows on other side of me they must be fed up of it too,get teenagers hanging about outside the gates causing a nuisance.
Their rabbit got through fence one day into my garden,they just climbed over the fence to catch it.they could of come and knocked on door and asked its not as if I would say no
