to be having a minor breakdown and take to my bed?

the events of the last couple of weeks have suddenly become too much for my little brain.

I always know when things are too much because i forget to close doors when i go out. I got back this morning to find not just the back door wide open but the front one slightly ajar too.

So i am giving in and going to take some hefty painkillers and going to bed.

I. Have. Had. Enough.

you need to rest and recuperate.

I get like this. I forget to lock the door; I lose things around the house; put things in daft places; etc.

Absolutely, take to your bed and get some rest. If you're having trouble relaxing try to imagine each part of your body gradually relaxing - start at your feet and work up. It can be awful when your head is full of stuff.

Take chocolate. crisps, and tea.

It aids a full recovery much quicker.

2 hour nap. now having tea. i really could do with chocolate. will send DD up the shop when she gets in from school.

i think i really need 2 weeks on a desert island with free bar to fully recover.
