What gets your troll radar pinging?

Trolling seems a regular occurrence on MN but some are more obvious than others. As mothers we like to think we instinctively sniff out such creatures, but what exactly gets us thinking? Without berating those with genuine problems with benefits, work patterns, mental health etc.

dots... posts with lots of ellipses where you'd expect a full stop... Something about that posting style pings my radar, but then I've done a lot of proofreading... So maybe that's it...

I was told several weeks ago on here and I did laugh that anyone on here who didn't have a written profile was a troll. I replied that some people are private hence hidden profile. I show mine as I'm a show off Grin
