right the situtation is we have a foot path down the side and top of our house that should not be there and we have a problem with the nobours dumping rubbish there, when i asked them to move it they had a go and attacted me even though they know im 10 weeks pregnant, my arm is a mess and my tummy hurts, am i been unreasonable to ask then to move the rubbish and to ring the police over the assalt?

Don't be rude to her people...sometimes people just need support...if it were me I wuld call my Mum or the neighbour to sit with me...not all people have that

Yes but hopefully they would be sitting with you in A&E as they would be concerned about your unborn child.

Really OP....Your 'arm is a mess' and your 'tummy hurts'...yet you're going to leave A&E til tomorrow???

blackeyedsusan · 26/06/2011 23:30

when i dnt drive and my mum is the only preson who drives and can take me, hospital said that is the only app they can give me, its up to you if you belive me or not but my arm is full of scratches and my tummy pains have gone now, but having a scan just to be sure. the reason they are scaning on wed is coz there is no bleeding.

CrapolaDeVille · 27/06/2011 14:51

What did the Police do?

mummyzoe2012 · 27/06/2011 14:52

they gave them an offical warining and if they do it again they will be prosicuted

OP posts:
CrapolaDeVille · 27/06/2011 14:53

An 'official warning' was that what the police said?

CrapolaDeVille · 27/06/2011 14:55

OP.

If you have been violently attacked the police would arrest the culprits and then ask you for a statement and if you wish to prosecute. It is not for the police to issue cautions, official warnings, regarding violent crime.

FFS please do some research.

mummyzoe2012 · 27/06/2011 14:55

as i did not want to press charges this time i was always taught to give people 2nd chances. so they said they will give them an offica warning which will go on their record.

OP posts:
mummyzoe2012 · 27/06/2011 14:56

they took my statment and i said i did not want to press charges so they warned them and its on their records now.

CrapolaDeVille · 27/06/2011 14:57

Rubbish, you said the trouble with your neighbours is ongoing.

So without your cooperation the police issue a warning that goes on their record, really?

CrapolaDeVille · 27/06/2011 14:57

Oh dear I have better things to do.

Should have not of.

tazmin · 27/06/2011 15:01

even though they committed GBH against a pregnant female? wow I wouldnt have thought a caution was appropriate in those circumstances.
