Just need to set the scene...We were invited to a lovely bbq last night at a work colleagues house, i was discussing a great job role with a big boss who was there, i was trying to be all demure and intelligent sounding as you do. Fast forward couple of hours and a bit of wine we were jumping on the trampoline (haha not so demure anymore) and.....i wet myself!!!!!!! I thought I had a strong pelvic floor!!! I didn even know what it was, each time i bounced i could feel water coming out i was thinking errr whats this, am i bleeding or something i managed to make a quick exit...I just wanted some advice really, I do pelvic floor excercises when i remember....would trampoling help strengthen them(i mean if I bought one of those little excercise ones) or is this just something that is always going to happen now (had my little boy 18months ago)?
