To think it's quite nice to see people hugging and kissing in public?

I don't mean full on simulated sex or 'get a room' style necking but I always think it's lovely to see people being affectionate, hugging & kissing.

Just had a debate with my friend about this and she says she really doesn't like it as it makes her feel uncomfortable.

I love it when old couples hold hands.

Not keen on snogging but love seeing old couples holding hands, giving each other a kiss or being generally affectionate.

I only get to see DH about once evry 6 or 7 weeks, so you can be sure that even if we are just going to the grocery store, we'd be holding hands

As long as I can't see anyone's tongue then I think it's fine. Doesn't necessarily make me go "ahhh" but it's fine.

Men taking home flowers makes me go "ahhhh".

Dh and I do hold hands & kiss in public (not full-on slurpy snogging) Dd hates it but having been in a relationship where affection was non-existent I wouldn't have it any other way!

I'm with Judy on this one- if they're hideous I'd rather not see them out in public at all let alone with another fugly and touching

Hate public snogging. Hand holding is lovely.

Hand holding and nice little kisses are okay, but full on snogging is icky to watch.

I dislike all public displays of affection.

lots of little smacky kisses are horrible too. I was forced to witness a whole series of these on the bus the other day. Eeew

NO SNOGGING IN PUBLIC. It should be banned.

Holding hands, polite close-mouthed kisses, hugs sans groping = acceptable in moderation.
