To want to stretch these converse of DD

DH brought some converse for DD last week,she loves them and assured us they fitted perfectly,she now as blisters and measuring them they are about 1/2 a size too small. I have called Animal where DH got them but they are discontinued and she loves them,is there a way they can be stretched?

Try balling up wet newspaper into them?

converse are easily stretched with balled up wet newspaper. Ds's shrink in the wash everytime and always stretch out afterwards using newspaper

And tell your DH/DD for future reference that whenever you buy converse, ALWAYS buy a size too big. Dunno why, maybe something to do with converting from American sizing, but I'm a 5 and had to buy size 6 converse - they only just fit, but my toes don't reach the end!

And don't buy them if you have wide feet, they're skinny as hell

Fill freezer bags with water and tie securely. Pop into the cons, put cons in freezer. Water expands as it freezes and will gently stretch the shoe.

Wonder if they ever stretched out? I know its 6 years later like...
