I have been sent an email by M and S today asking me to review the bras I recently bought online. I did so but apparantly they won't accept the word 'boobs' in the review, its 'obscene'?!?!?!.

I'm interested in how you refer to yours: boobs? bazookas? breasts? Tits?

Please, please use a variety of ridiculous euphemisms like 'flobbly wobblies' or something. Please!

BoscoIsMyLover · 20/06/2011 10:32

Upper front jigglies.

Boobs aren't obscene. They are horribly coy and twee though.

Breasts, tits and bazooms are fine. You can only use bazooms to describe big ones though

LRDTheFeministNutcase · 20/06/2011 11:12

I bet it lets you use norks. And then everyone will know it's the MN-approved/disapproved bra.

'Breasts' to me means chicken I cut up to make risotto/wraps/curry. Blush I use the word 'boobs' too. How very prissy of M&S!

AuntieMonica · 20/06/2011 11:19

Shodan · 20/06/2011 11:21

Baps.

Not that I ever actually say that IRL. Just love the word.

piprabbit · 20/06/2011 11:23

My DS was 2yo when he invented Boobie Day (driven to feats on inventiveness by recently having had Mother's Day). Apparently it's the day that when you are allowed to whack mummy's norks and shove your hand down her bra.

Not sure that M&S would approve. I wasn't that keen either.

BTW it's usually Booswhams in our house (orig. bosoms). I blame the boobies on nursery [cat's bum mouth].

dadof2ofthem · 20/06/2011 11:24

never liked the word boobs , it's a bit like 'willy' sort of states your embarresment so you find a silly word thats acceptable , breasts or tits i say
boobs is certainly not obscene though
