Hi, I'd like to take a few minutes of your time to talk about a condition that really, really, needs widespread recognition.

I'm talking about EDD
Or Empathy Deficit Disorder

Symptoms can include:

1)Believing what you read in the Daily Mail

2)Voting Conservative

3)Posting judgemental shite on parenting forums.

4)Complete inability to step into another's shoes and feel some sympathy for their circumstances.

If you score more than three out of four, you too, may have EDD.

Thanks for reading.

PC totally gorn mad. Because of goats and their so called rights to equality, you're not allowed to object to those beardy wierdies wipping kiddies bums at nursery. I specifically told the head I only wanted pure bred Shetlands touching my kids.

muminthecity · 15/06/2011 19:57

I would just advise everyone to keep a very close eye on any goats in your area. I'm not saying it was them that caused 9/11 but I'm pretty sure they were involved, so do be cautious.

machineoflovinggrace · 15/06/2011 19:57

That should read "kiddies' bums". Because of goats, I can't punctuate.

TruthSweet · 15/06/2011 20:00

Yes - I love feet

especially little tiny goat feet

machineoflovinggrace · 15/06/2011 20:01

Wasn't Osama Bin Laden hiding out in the mountains for years. He was a bloody goat!

machineoflovinggrace · 15/06/2011 20:06

TruthSweet is a kid-dy fiddler Grin

MigratingCoconuts · 15/06/2011 20:07

don't get me wrong..my best friend is a goat, but he's different, he's not like the others...

MigratingCoconuts · 15/06/2011 20:10

surely we CRB check against that sort or thing?

BuckBuckMcFate · 15/06/2011 20:15

See, you're all going on about goats and their behaviour but who are you to judge? Do you know these goats personally? They could be depressed goats who are afraid to admit it for fear they'll have their kids taken off them. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Honestly, only on mumsnet!

TruthSweet · 15/06/2011 20:17

I just like cloven hooves - they are so quick to mani-pedi

EggyAllenPoe · 15/06/2011 20:17

surely everyone here does 3) ????

missorinoco · 15/06/2011 20:20

Where the hell did all this goat business come from? This is the second thread I've seen on it, I'm sure there weren't any goats about last night when I was on here. Confused

MigratingCoconuts · 15/06/2011 20:24

see! they get everywhere!

machineoflovinggrace · 15/06/2011 20:32

BuckBuck, half the problem is just how many kids these goats have, usually by many different fathers. Why should I pay tax to pay for counselling for depressed goats when I have to pay for my own counselling on BUPA? In fact, these goats should be limited to 2 kids, and get their benefits cut if they bred more.

Missorinoco, that's exactly the point, turn your back for a minute and the blighters are all over the place, they need right thinking Daily Mail readers to watch them.

machineoflovinggrace · 15/06/2011 20:34

"breed more"

"right thinking people", not readers

bastard goats stole my brain cells.

Empusa · 15/06/2011 23:59

Quite right machine whatever would we do without people like that looking out for all of us

ZXEightyMum · 16/06/2011 00:07

I am the guardian of my Dad's Gmail account and you should see the shite he gets from his expat brother in Spain who dodged tax all his life and is constantly complaining about immigrants and scroungers Hmm

I am going to C&P the OP onto the latest message and reply to all.

ZXEightyMum · 16/06/2011 00:09

And not wanting to butt in but I don't believe in goats.

Empusa · 16/06/2011 00:29

Ah! You're one of those alpacaists aren't you? Trying to take over our country!

ll31 · 16/06/2011 01:10

re OP - obv quite a lot of people vote conservative - so what you really mean is you don't agree with them, you vote differently - but its a democracy

missorinoco · 16/06/2011 11:54

Courtesy of MN I now fancy a goat curry. Yum.

ASecretLemonadeDrinker · 16/06/2011 11:56

Where's my leprechaun?

aliceliddell · 16/06/2011 13:22

The splitters are creating false divisions between llamas, alpacas and goats. Sisters! We must defend ALL ruminants! One love! Hail the one true hoof!

PaintedToenails · 16/06/2011 20:00

I've got EDD AND a GFF (Government Funded Goat). But then I'm a recognised sociopath so I'm going outside to slaughter the GFF in cold blood. Because I can.

That is all.
