Was trying to get my buggsie and a basket of shopping through the ownservice till @ Morissons.

It was a tight squeeze, but I managed lol.

I was packing up my wears and singing Inci Winci Spider to my littley and she waswaving her bottle around and a wee bit pf the juice splashed this old dearies white jacket. OOooops.

I apologised a lot. and gave her a babbywipe to help clean it up, but she looked with discust at my lil girl.

She's only 2, dontcha think people shud be more tolerant?

Shud I of said something to her?

I'm right bothered by this 3 hours after the incident.

It was an accident. She sounds like a right moody cow. Don't worry about it.

cheztrixyreed1971 · 06/06/2011 16:34

It was just the way she looked at me like it was on purpose.

Did the juice come out?

I have to say if I had one good coat and it was permanently stained because someone's kid didn't have a closed up I would be pretty annoyed. If she is older and shopping at M'sons she might be on a budget?

Although it sounds like you did what you could, and of course these things just happen....

JBellingham · 06/06/2011 16:35

Stop clogging up checkouts with your huge buggy and spraying sprog. Old people have to get home to Countdown you know!

RevoltingPeasant · 06/06/2011 16:35

closed cup obv

edam · 06/06/2011 16:35

She was being reasonable to be fed up - you can't stop people making the appropriate facial expressions when something annoying happens. But you were being nice giving her a baby wipe and apologising. So you were both kind of right.

But might be worth not letting her wave the bottle around near other people in future.

Pagwatch · 06/06/2011 16:36

Old dearies?
Old bidder?

BitOfFun · 06/06/2011 16:37

What does her age have to do with anything? I hate thread titles like that.

fuckmepinkandcallmerosie · 06/06/2011 16:39

It's a buggy, not a buggsie.

It's not @ it's at

It's not littley it's DC or DD for a daughter DS for a son

It's not pf it's of

It's not a babbywipe it's a babywipe.

Shall I continue?

mrsdonkeybucket · 06/06/2011 16:40

O. M. F. G.

yoshiLunk · 06/06/2011 16:42

Not bad

I like the "shud I of said something"

very subtle

TimeWasting · 06/06/2011 16:42

Was she drinking from a baby bottle? Or was it a frootshoot?

And shouldn't she be out that buggy by now?

cornsilks · 06/06/2011 16:43

s-h-o-u-l-d

fuckmepinkandcallmerosie · 06/06/2011 16:43

Why did she have juice in a bottle? Don't you realise that's not appropriate for a 2 year old? You need to go and talk to your health visitor, since a 2 year old should be having juice in a cup, not a bottle.

swampster · 06/06/2011 16:44

Don't worry OP, there's a place for you.
