It was on the news last night and in all the papers today.
As I remember A woman and her disabled daughter contacted the police
33 times over bullying gangs outside her house.
She got no real help and and was told to "Close her curtains." Daft advice
Now they say no officer is to be dismissed but some will face internal
discipline. Its enough to make you weep.
The incident ended very tragically.
