i have worked so hard over the last two weeks, eating 3 meals a day, healthy snacks, exercising 4 times a week and am really pleased with the results.
I have one day a week where i eat what i want, i had that day on su day.
But niw ive got a cold coming and im starving and feel like i need to feed myself up.
WWYD? Should i be good? Or give in for one night? I have a combat class tomorrow
