To have a bit of a pig out tonight?

i have worked so hard over the last two weeks, eating 3 meals a day, healthy snacks, exercising 4 times a week and am really pleased with the results.

I have one day a week where i eat what i want, i had that day on su day.
But niw ive got a cold coming and im starving and feel like i need to feed myself up.

WWYD? Should i be good? Or give in for one night? I have a combat class tomorrow Grin

I wouldnt normally eat after six so eating anyhing now is pretty bad.
I have made it down to 8 stone, but i know i will feel sooooo guilty if i eat tonight

I don't know but if you feel you need to ask on an internet forum, then the answer is probably no...as there must be some reason you haven't perhaps told us about?

If you want to pig out then pig out, if you have a reason not to then don't.

Well if you are 8 stone Shock then a big meal wouldn't hurt!

But I have been dieting since October and if I already had my cheat meal in a week I wouldn't blow it unless there was a special reason (eg going out for dinner with DH or with friends). I'd probably just make a big meal of healthy food.

Why would you be 4ft tall to be 8st?

I'm 5ft 3" and 8st 2lbs which is my ideal weight.

Have a big bowl of porridge or ready brek with chopped banana and honey.

It's very comforting and filling and you won't fall off your diet. I feel your pain though, I'm on week 1 of my diet and desperate for a treat.

Ive already had my healthy dinner, and it was lovly. But you know when you have a cold and you just want to eat, thats how i feel.
I fancy some blue cheese on jacobs crackers, im not thinking of going or a big mac meal or nything

Oh i'm hooked on BLT wraps with cheese at the mo, not dead unhealthy but just enough grease to make me feel grubby

Well if your cold gets worse it will - nothing worse than exercise when you want to curl up in bed with hot chocolate.

It makes you all hot and sweaty (when you're already hot and sweaty from the virus) - longer recovery time

id pig out, what is your goal weight? you cant be too far off it if you're 8st!

I didnt pig out, but ds2 not great today so am not taking him to creche because he would be there for two hours and have lunch which i dont think hes up to.
But i have a PT session tomorrow so will brave that with my cold and no pigging Grin
my goal was 8st4lbs but with the extra exercise ive gone below that without dieting
