Meow is the girl as she meowed when I was warming her up when her mum rejected her, and it's just stuck

Ginger is the boy as my kids all have ginger hair (as do I) and I like the idea of the word 'ginger' having a positive link not just a teasing one, iyswim.

I also call them Chick and Chunk :)
