To think that apple engineers are clearly crap and my cat could have fixed it by now

Dh has had to send his computer off to be fixed, he is self employed as a developer and so obviously no computer makes work somewhat difficult so he has been using my laptop all bloody day and night and filling it with programs and watchimibobs that are likely to annoy me and leaving me having to do things like tidy and god I even defrosted the freezer.
Anyway it's been away two weeks, they have replaced at least 4 parts that we know of (which is most of the main parts changed) and they still don't seem to know what's wrong with it, when you call up the guy who answers clearly has no idea what's going on I mean how hard can it be??

So Aibu to think they are crap and phone them up to tell them so and demand they hurry up - either that or take my four young children into their shiny store full of expensive toys and refuse to leave until I have a working computer to throw at my husband to 1. Get back my laptop and 2. Shut up his moaning about how I dont keep things organised on my laptop.?

apple gave me a replacement to use while mine was being fixed, there and then
they have ipads etc they use for this purpose
always recieved brilliant service from apple

Really? They have been pretty unhelpful to us! It's hard to even get through to them dh was on the phone in a queue for over an hour yesterday.

Well, the score so far is Fernie 1 - 2 Apple :o I've always had great service from them. However, on the basis that you have been forced to defrost the freezer YANBU.

I've never had a problem with Apple. In fact, I think I have experienced the best customer service ever received in my life, from them. Sorry!

We must have somehow annoyed the apple store...the worst part is that mynover enthusiastic washing (curtains, children's toys etc) has now broken the washing machine, we are waiting for a washing machine engineer to fix that) I'm sad about my things haha

Get back onto them and get a replacement machine shipped out asap.

They made you pay massively over the odds for the original machine so that they could provide you with this 'support'. Kick up a stink if they arent kissing your feet over it.
