She hasn't made a statement and The Sun have already published a statement saying that she had not agreed to any story, or deal with them prior to the story breaking. That will be the court report from regarding the injunction that he has BOUGHT. It is not indicative of any result of any trial that may, or may not result from this whole episode. It is a biased report that is dependent on the statements available to the judge at the time and which DID NOT include, at that time, Imogen Thomas' statement.
