I live in a council house and was lucky enough to have new windows fitted recently.

Unfortunately the work men left the house in a state when they had finished. There were lumps of plaster in DD's cot, they had dropped cigerette ends in the garden, but the worse thing was the shards of glass we kept finding in the house. I dread to think what would have happened if my DD had found one and put it in her mouth!!!

I have been emailing and phoning for 2 months and finally somebody is coming out to see me today.

I'm rubbish with words though and get all tounge tied. What do I say?? I feel that as my landlords they have a duty of care towards their tenants and have failed this time. I know what I mean but it doesn't sound right when I say it. I want them to take me seriously, please help!!!

Write it down bullet pointed in an easy to read list. If you get tongue tied you can say 'I've written it all down'.
