Can he? I'm tone deaf so not a good judge but he's singing on the album he's brought out and after hearing him on Graham norton and the advert for his album I just can't see how hisvoice is good. Am I wrong? It just doesn't sound good to me.

He can sing, IMO, but the style of music he choose doesn't show it off at all.

Tee2072 · 13/05/2011 13:01

I just the poster in HMV's window. I was wondering if he could sing.

Huffythetantrumslayer · 13/05/2011 13:01

Yeh that makes sense I suppose. Like I say I am not a good judge really but when he sang on Graham norton it sounded terrible.

I don't care - I love him you see. I can't help it. He could scream a string of dirty limericks and I would still sit on his knee and lick his eyelids.

[goes all dreamy]

AuntieMonica · 13/05/2011 13:03

i wasn't impressed with the clip they played on 'Breakfast' the other day either

am V disappointed and would like to take him over my knee to show him the error of his ways (still)

ClaireDeLoon · 13/05/2011 13:04

I was wondering getting this album, not so sure now

Huffythetantrumslayer · 13/05/2011 13:05

Alibabaandthe80nappies · 13/05/2011 14:46

I love him too, and I'm not sure what it says about me that I love him most as Bertie Wooster!! Grin

glenda - as Hugh Laurie. It is not my style of music.

glendathegoodwitch · 13/05/2011 15:31

just previewed it on itunes and it sounds quite good - like a bit of blues!!!

KeepCalmAndCurryOn · 13/05/2011 15:46

He sang in Jeeves and Wooster, quite tunefully.

Nancy66 · 13/05/2011 15:50

Neither can Chris Martin or Bono

TiggyD · 13/05/2011 16:01

When I heard him for the first time I though it was Paul Jones singing. (Manfred Mann). You don't need to be a great singer to play the blues. You need to get some emotion across in your singing or playing. It worked for me.

lubberlich · 13/05/2011 16:04

I can't look at him. He makes me feel a bit sick.

GertieWooster · 13/05/2011 16:06

oooh I loved him as Bertie too, loved his sunny disposish Grin
