Sounds like a troll, doesn't it? And fully expecting a flaming.

But I'm genuinely intrigued, it's an honest question. If it happens every four weeks, after (say) twenty years, or about 250 'events', is it not something you see coming and can, y'know, bite your tongue a bit or think happy thoughts?

Not really interested in links to research papers on the subject or anything, just your opinions.

Nope.
Get AWFUL PMT about 5 times a year. Tearful, angry, want to quit job, relationship, want to be alone, impossible to be around, and a complete nightmare.

Absolutely No insight whatsoever, no idea why I feel so bad until I get my period and suddenly the penny drops.
Every single time.
