The inspector is coming to inspect Bendam Dicks. Thomas wants the inspector to see how useful he and the other trucks are so he takes all of the trucks from the quarry to do jobs so that the inspector thinks that they are all busy-busy. Then the inspector and the fat controller get angry when there are no trucks at the quarry so old fatty fusspot has to Have Words with Thomas, who wheeshes away sadly.
Why can't the little div just do what he is told instead of trying to arse kiss fat controller by doing extra work? The irritating little dickhead.
