There's no way to tell if a couple will be fertile together unless they try, though.

How? How on earth do you think that female fertility can be tested in any meaningful way which is not unethically medically and surgically intrusive.

Please somebody - tell me what these brilliant tests are. I'm sure thousands of couples suffering from unexplained infertility would like to know too.
