I have spoken some crap in my time on here

Will I be blacklisted on a million MNetters computers and doomed to be 'threadkill' for all eternity?? Shock

Who has these things?

Nobody has ever followed me round being arsey.

I have been on here years, must be doing summat wrong.

Or perhaps I don't get it and I have loads of arsey followers and I mistake their snide comments for friendliness

My personal bugbear is yawn followed by 'get a grip' which is generally used when the poster hasn't got anything decent to add!

Political barnet SGM- puts me in mind of MIL, her beehive / pinny / stepford wife* ethos and admnishments to 'vote as your husband dictates'.

  • Ultimate failure, FIL left her and is now engaged to the least stepford wifey person I ever met. Someone I happen to love dearly.

Pag assuming you eman who i think you do, she was mailing me at the same time. Odd. I may be at times a sanctimonious, uptight cow but at least I am a consistent sanctimonious uptight cow!

Pagwatch · 03/05/2011 17:40
Grin

Yes, consistency is all.

I suspect we were dealing with the same two faced, hypocritical cow person.

I need a spreadsheet. I want to remember all the lovely people. There are so many and then I forget and feel like a cow about it.

PeachyAndTheArghoNauts · 03/05/2011 17:46

A nice people spreadhseet sounds good, except then i'd feel guilty for judging people, tell myself I may have 'met' them at a bad moment and add them anyway

Which would be crap and pointless.

And so very, very me Grin

hmm yes- you see the spreadsheet need not actually be a bad thing...it can be a bright and breezy 'well balanced' document full of love and optimism on the one hand - with a few two faced cows bad people to temper it!

When you've done the spreadsheet (whoever's in charge), do forward it. I can pay in cake and Wine if that is any help. And yes I've name changed, but for no other reason than to get rid of my stupidly fluffy mumsy name which is not me... Boo is however, my daughter. Well one of them anyway..

TandB · 03/05/2011 20:21

Rockstock - did your previous name begin with B and end in E? And did I recently wave to you?

thelittlefriend · 03/05/2011 20:22

omg. This is the first time I've ever posted on this site (after a regular on another site recommended it, as aforementioned site has gone a bit crap).

Now I'm scared. And excited. And about to start a spreadsheet.

TandB · 03/05/2011 20:23

Other site wouldn't perchance be B&B, would it?

I left there ages ago as it was indeed crap, but I have recognised a couple of regular posters from there on MN recently.

Si si KFPanda. I'm hanging for Thursday's installment on t'other thread!! And seriously considering slipping in a couple of days at DB and DSil's in Somerset just for the amusement factor when we're next over!!

RockStockandTwoOpenBottles · 03/05/2011 20:27

missed an N, sorry. Please don't but me on the bad list.

TandB · 03/05/2011 20:29

Rockstock - you can come and drive round in the MN convoy in my car if you like. I think I already have a front-seat passenger because another volunteer's DH unreasonably needed the car for work, but you can squeeze in the back with DS if you don't mind having water poured over you - his latest obsession!

RockStockandTwoOpenBottles · 03/05/2011 20:29

LeQ if everyone had a s/sheet, you would be on them all Grin

TandB · 03/05/2011 20:30

LeQueen Tue 03-May-11 20:26:23
"I have one. I've been keeping it for ten years, and everyone is on it (even Hecate and LeQueen "

[wonders why she wouldn't automatically be on maryz's spreadsheet...]

Because you are rubbish.

[sniggers and runs away]

RockStockandTwoOpenBottles · 03/05/2011 20:31

I'm in! And DC4 has the same annoying obsession Grin
