Wonder if those with spreadsheets could put them on Google docs and make them public - now that would be fun.

I'm not sure they really exist. Some people probably just have a good memory, others just use Google.

The spreadsheet thing may be a joke but how creepy is this?.......

Another forum I used to post on years ago, had a troll/nasty reg who used to drag up posts/comments people had made way back and say nasty stuff etc.

They always claimed to have a 'little black book' of posters they disliked and 'notes' about them.

This became a standing joke, but when asked to post a photo of said black book...they actually did

ChateauRouge ...well....I allegedly was very naughty on one occasion but I REALLY did not think it was that bad at the time. I was just protecting a friend. I must have been naive because i am aware it was bad form now....

Gawd - some of the stuff i have said on here when sad,depressed,elated ,angry or just mental must fill databases let alone a lever arch

Nota I haven't a clue sometimes! I do remember who has been particularly nice/helpful to me (pop your crown on please) and I recognise lots of regulars, but I am stuffed when they namechange unless it's pointed out to me and when I think I know who someone is I am inevitably wrong...

I update my database daily. Whenever I'm away my secretary does it.
When he can't, I either get an update from other reliable MNers or buy it from MNHQ.

Oh I wouldn't want one myself. I'd much rather be suckered in by a troll than get my knickers in a twist because someone has jiggled a few details to preserve anomynity and then yell troll wrongly.

But then Reality is on my FB so she can check me aht with pics of me Mum 'n all, right down to occasional family bickering.

I always thought that people were joking when they referred to spreadsheets and saved threads. I was very shocked to see that someone had been targetting a poster and saving their thread to a hard drive over a long time.
